Four shells fired from Syria struck the outskirts of the Lebanese border town Al-Qaa Tuesday, in the Bekaa Valley, security sources told The Daily Star.

The sources said the rockets, which fell on the foothills of Mzar al-Sayydeh, were fired in the afternoon and added that there were no reported casualties.

Mzar al-Sayydeh is located some 1,500 meters away from Al-Qaa, a small town with an estimated population of 10,000 Lebanese Christians. […]
