The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy has informed the country’s parliament about defence exports approved earlier by the Bundessicherheitsrat; the parliamentary security committee responsible for the political approval of military exports.

The recently approved exports range from small arms and ammunition to spare parts and diverse vehicles, which are mostly intended for countries in the Middle East: Algeria, Colombia, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are all listed as recipients. IHS Jane’s has obtained a list of all intended exports. It is interesting to note, that the list is lacking both overall as well as individual price tags for the noted items.
